The core of traffic light AI pilot function lies in its over-visual range perception capability, which can sense lane-level traffic flow changes and dynamic traffic events in real time. Through digitalization and AI technology systems, Gaode Map deduces the optimal driving decision in traffic light scenarios and successfully implements it into a brand new "black technology", making "green lights all the way" possible.

This function covers five major scenarios, including light guide, start reminder, shortest lane suggestions, long red and short green forecasts and blocked lane reminders . In the light-passing guidance scenario, traffic light AI pilot will not only broadcast light passing, waiting for lights and corresponding driving suggestions, but will also display revenue on the APP interface. The start reminder function will remind the driver to start in time and broadcast traffic forecasts and driving suggestions based on the probability of passing the light.

In the shortest lane recommendation scenario, traffic light AI pilot will intelligently analyze traffic flow in each lane and report lane recommendations. Facing the long red and short green lights, the system will broadcast "Long red lights ahead, waiting for the lights for XX seconds", and simultaneously display the countdown bubbles on the navigation screen, so that the driver can also know what is going on when waiting for the lights. In the composite lane, the blocked lane reminder function will inform the other directions ahead of time that there are steering vehicles, assisting the driver to make good decisions.
