Recently, the Cyberspace Administration of China publicly released the "China Internet Rule of Law Development Report (2024)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report"). The report fully demonstrates the achievements of the development of the Internet rule of law, deeply summarizes the experience of the Internet rule of law work, better builds consensus on the concept of the Internet rule of law, and strives to create an authoritative brand for the comprehensive display of the latest practical achievements of the construction and development of my country's Internet rule of law.
A relevant official from the Cyberspace Administration of China pointed out that the Report is the first comprehensive annual report on the rule of law of the Internet released at the national department level. It is not only the sequel to the report of "Thirty Years of China's Internet Rule of Law" and the beginning of the annual report on the development of China's Internet Rule of Law. It is of great significance to fully demonstrate the new progress and new achievements in the construction of the Internet rule of law and strive to write a new chapter in the construction of the Internet rule of law.
According to reports, the Report has a total of more than 50,000 words, divided into main text and appendix. The text has 7 chapters in total, which are systematically sorted out and summarized the concepts, achievements and experiences of China's network rule of law construction in 2024, from seven aspects: the overview of my country's network rule of law development in 2024, the accelerated promotion of network legislation, the improvement of quality and efficiency of network law enforcement, the continuous deepening of network justice, the innovative development of network rule of law publicity and education, the steady advancement of foreign-related network rule of law, and the construction of network rule of law.
