The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on May 11: After mutual agreement between China and Latin America and the Caribbean Countries, the fourth ministerial meeting of the China-Latin America and Caribbean Countries Forum will be held in Beijing on May 13. President Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony of the meeting and deliver an important speech.

  Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs, will preside over the meeting. Foreign ministers or representatives of members of the Latin Community and heads of relevant regional international organizations will attend the meeting.
